FM translators in the greater Houston area have value, in particular to the South Asian community. In December 2019, Masala Radio agreed to pay over $1 million for K254BZ, covering Mission Bend, Stafford and Sugar Land, roughly 18 miles to the southwest of Houston’s downtown core.
Now, another translator serving this area of the metropolitan area is trading hands, and targeting South Asians is the likely plan.
