Eagle buys USA Communications Systems

Eagle Comm.USA Communications announced 12/20 it has sold cable systems in Nebraska and Colorado to Eagle Communications HQ’d in Hays, Kansas.  The systems serve Central City, NE and surrounding towns in Nebraska and Burlington, CO.


Eagle currently operates cable systems and radio stations in Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri and Colorado.

Eagle also offers e-business solutions, web hosting, high-speed Internet, telephone service, rural wireless Internet and digital services in most service areas.

NYC-based telecom, media and technology investment bank Waller Capital served as the exclusive financial adviser to USA Communications on the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
