“This is an exciting opportunity for our family, company, staff, and our combined efforts to serve Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas with all our properties,” said Charles C. Earls.  “Greg and Roz instantly added energy to our company, now as investors and office holders, they can make an even bigger impact,” according to Scottie Earls.

Greg Slavik said “Roz and I had full intentions of enjoying our retirement.  Having the opportunity to work with the Earls family and their incredible staffs, we decided that this is what was meant to be.”

“Our company has grown so much and serving so many more people in so many ways, having Greg’s leadership as COO is a tremendous opportunity for our teams,” stated Steve Willoughby, station manager of KOMC and KRZK radio in Branson.

“Greg has helped us so much already; with our company, our properties, our team members, and knowing Greg’s vision and leadership in his new role, I am very excited for the future”, according to Marilyn Wallis, station manager of KHBZ and KHOZ AM in Harrison.

In his new role, Slavik will provide the leadership and vision for the entire company.  His new role was effective August 1st, 2014.

“My family has always been about serving our listeners, viewers, readers, and customers, this move will help us to continue to improve.  It is very exciting,” according to Scott Earls.
