Morgan Stanley had a good earnings report, but not so for some tech and industrial companies, so stock prices went down on Thursday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was off only two points to 11,823, but the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite took a bigger hit. Broadcasting stocks were mixed, with radio issues recovering somewhat from Wednesday’s sell-off on the Bonneville station sale.
The RBR Radio Index was up 2.230, or 0.6%, to 358.470.
The TVBR Television Index was down 2.382, or 1,1%, to 213.069.
