Edmunds.com, the online resource for automotive info, debuted a new television spot 7/9 via Kaplan Thaler Group NY to kick off its first ever cross-platform ad campaign: “Ask the Car People.” The 30-second spot demonstrates that cars are always on Edmunds’ employees mind. It was shot at Edmunds.com’s Santa Monica, CA HQ.
The TV spot is airing in Pittsburgh, Portland, Providence and Raleigh, and is also supported by a series of online display ads. The “Car People” may also make surprise appearances on Edmunds.com’s Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages, and on its YouTube page.
