SoldWWLT-FM, located in an unrated portion of the great state of Kentucky, is the latest station to be bought by Mike Novak-led EMF, but folks on the ground will likely not notice any difference at all once the deal closes.

That’s because EMF has been running its programming on the station for over ten years, pursuant to a network affiliation agreement with licensee Vernon R. Baldwin Inc. dated 12/13/00. EMF has had an option to purchase the station since 11/11/10.

It’s licensed to Manchester KY, far from any rated territory in the southeastern portion of the state. It’s a Class A on 103.1 MHz with 2.1 kW @ 564’.

The price will be $500K, and the payment is completely back-loaded. It’s a no money down deal, with payments going to the seller once a month for ten years after closing.
