SIRIUS XM’s Elvis Radio channel will celebrate the Memorial Day weekend with the broadcast of the 1961 Elvis concert performance that benefited the U.S.S. Arizona World War II Memorial at Pearl Harbor. Recorded in Honolulu, this benefit originally raised money to make the memorial to Pearl Harbor a reality. Throughout the Memorial Day weekend, SIRIUS XM listeners will hear the concert, which was the last live performance by Elvis before he took a seven-year break to focus on his movie career. It runs on SIRIUS channel 13 and XM channel 18 Friday, May 22 starting at 8 pm ET; encore re-broadcasts on Sunday, May 24 at 12 am and 10 pm ET; and Tuesday, May 26 at 6 am ET.
