EMF adds an FM in Colorado

Another station is going into the portfolio of Educational Media Foundation, operators of the K-LOVE noncommercial religious network. The latest stick is north of the noncommercial portion of the dial, but it was already licensed as a noncom regardless.


The station is KJSA-FM Palisade CO. The city of license is just east of Grand Junction. According to the FCC, KJSA-FM is licensed but silent. It’s a C3 assigned to 98.5 MHz with 215 watts and an HAAT of 2,989’.

The seller is Covenant Educational Media Inc. It’ll receive $200K cash from EMF for the station.
