K-LOVE Network parent Educational Media Foundation has a deal to acquire one up and running station and another that needs to be constructed, both in unrated portions of New Mexico. Both stations are on the noncom left end of the dial.
The seller is Your Christian Companion Network Inc. YCCN’s Shirley Garner signed off on the transaction.
The stations are KYCT-FM Ruidoso NM and an FM CP earmarked for Carlsbad NM.
The price will be $55K cash.
KYCT is a Class C3 on 91.3 MHz with 235 W @ 2,894’.
The FM CP will be a Class A on 90.1 MHz with 1.1 kW @ 197’.
