SoldK-LOVE network operator Educational Media Foundation is far more often a buyer then seller, but this time around it is on the seller’s side of the table. But if you’re looking for a deal with a big payday attached to it, this one isn’t it.

The station on the move is KSBC-FM Nile WA. It’s located in unrated territory to the northwest of Yakima.

The buyer is Templo Pentacostes Monde de Sion, headed by Pedro Gutierrez Hernandez.

The price: $1.00. The contract stipulates that it be paid in cash.

The station is a Class A on 88.3 MHz with 200 W @ -1,145’.

It went silent 3/13/12, and has an STA to remain silent until 10/31/12. EMF has promised it will apply for an extension if the deal is not closed by the first of October.

The buyer noted its plans for the station on the application. Its content will include the Bible, Christian values and ethics, health, nutrition, cultural history and enrichment, and current events in the community.
