The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals has handed a big win to Emmis Communications. The company may not have been able to act as it did just anywhere, but its actions were perfectly appropriate for a company incorporated in the great State of Indiana.
Emmis prevailed with a unanimous 3-0 decision.
