Gen2Media, a video technology company, and Emmis NY premiered a new reality show, “The Wizards NYC.” The show is executive produced by Ben Finley, VP, Branded Entertainment, Emmis NY and delivered over Gen2Media’s Online Video platform. Gen2Media’s production team worked directly with long time MTV producers Pamela Gimenez and Serife Turhan, the creators of the show.
The docu-series is a symbolic parallel to “The Wizard of Oz” with disc jockeys as the “wizards” behind the booth setting the rules and tone of the night, controlling the crowd through the power of their hands. Through different perspectives – the promoters, the club managers, the party girl, the wife/girlfriend, and the kids – Gen2 and Emmis explore the world they truly live in; a world filled with glitz, glamour and more.

In addition, online video advertising will be delivered using In-Stream Video Advertising with Pre-Mid-Post Rolls, and Skinned player around the programming.
