Emmis Communications on Wednesday morning formally closed on the sale of its assets in Austin radio stations to Sinclair Telecable.
As such, the cluster’s SVP/Operations has a new role and is staying on with Emmis by taking a C-Suite position, while staying in Texas’ state capital.
