In November 2017, a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture was issued to an individual in the San Fernando Valley found to have operated an unlicensed FM station at 101.5 MHz. The purported radio pirate didn’t respond to the NAL.
As such, the proposed fine is now set in stone, and he’s been asked to pay up.
