EntercomOnce again, radio not only serves the community in times of crisis, but donates dollars as well. Said Jeff Brown, Vice President and Market Manager for Entercom Boston: “On behalf of over 2,000 Entercom employees across the country and our incredible Entercom team here in Boston, we are honored to donate $25,000 to The One Fund to help assist the victims and the families of the Boston Marathon tragedy.”

This follows the recent email to all Entercom employees on the tragedy from CEO David Field, which said he could not be prouder of the work we they doing.  “WEEI, WRKO and WAAF are all delivering riveting, thoughtful, poignant, and inspiring radio to their listeners.  Callers are sharing their incredible personal accounts of the attacks while our personalities are adding insightful, meaningful perspective to help all of us make sense of the madness.”

Entercom stations play a vital, hands-on role in improving their communities, providing over $100 million in annual support for local charitable organizations.
