An internal memo distributed to Entercom staff and obtained by RBR+TVBR on Thursday (9/10), written by President/CEO David Field, suggests some significant programming strategy alterations are coming soon for the company’s Country and Alternative Rock properties.
At the same time, a restructuring of the audio media company’s national sales teams is about to transpire.
This will result in job losses. But, Field took care in downplaying any coming layoffs.
