There are new SVP/Market Managers in place at Entercom’s radio stations serving Pittsburgh and the state capital of California.

In the Steel City, the role is being taken by the Director of Sales, who has been in the role for a decade. A similar promotion is being seen in Sacramento.

The moves put market veterans Michael Spacciapolli and Stacey Kauffman in the driver’s seat, effective immediately.

“Nothing makes me happier than promoting from within,” said Entercom COO Weezie Kramer of Spacciapolli and Kauffman. “I am thrilled that we offer career paths and can elevate deserving people to new leadership roles. Both Michael and Stacey have earned these opportunities.”

Spacciapolli joined Entercom from CBS Radio as part of the company’s merger in November. He held several roles before being tapped as DOS for Pittsburgh, including serving as Sales Manager and Director of Sports Sales for Bonneville in Washington, D.C. He began his career as a national representative for Katz Radio Group in New York.

Kauffman most recently served as Director of Sales at Entercom Sacramento, and joined the company some three years ago as General Sales Manager. Prior to joining Entercom, Kauffman held various sales roles at Hubbard Broadcasting, Radio One and Susquehanna Radio’s WFMS-FM in Indianapolis.
