Entercom Combats Another New Five-Year Low

It’s been a terrible month for Entercom Communications‘ stock, let alone its legal counsel and key C-Suite executives. On March 20, Villamayor Capital took a magnifying glass and closely examined two things that stood out in the company’s fourth-quarter 2018 results — ripping the company’s stock with the declaration, “I wouldn’t recommend buying this company at any price.”


On March 26, the Buffalo News was first to reveal possible political rate and public file violations at all of Entercom’s stations in Western New York.

These issues, coupled with renewed questions about its post-CBS acquisition business model, could be key factors in what’s ailing Entercom stock — now battling a fresh five-year low.
