From 1990 through 2005, Lee Davis became widely known across the radio industry for his pioneering role as VP/GM of the nation’s most successful Sports Talk station, WFAN-AM 660 in New York.

He then spent four years at Cox Radio, followed by two years as GSM of successful all-News station WINS-AM 1010 in New York.

From 2011-2016, he applied his skills to Hispanic media as a radio-focused EVP at Univision Communications.

Now, the man more recently known as a co-founder of voice recognition tech tool SonicAi has come full circle, as he’ll be connected with WFAN and WINS in many ways.

Entercom has just appointed Davis as SVP/Sales for its Traffic Weather and Information Network (TWIN), effective immediately. In this new role, Davis will oversee TWIN revenue throughout the country on a national, local and network scale and reports to Entercom Chief Revenue Officer Bob Philips.

“With a premier collection of leading radio brands across the country, Entercom has the scale and reach to provide advertisers with compelling solutions,” Philips said. “We welcome Lee to the team and look forward to growing TWIN under his guidance and expertise.”
