Envision Invites Radio Stations To Gain ‘Influence’

If your radio station is looking for a new cloud-based CRM designed to streamline sales, traffic and production, all it may take is a little “influence.”

Envision Networks is continuing to roll out its influence FM radio management software, which gives users total control of the entire sales process, including asset management, spot creation and commercial production.

Some 700 affiliates on the Envision Services Network have access to the CRM, with CRS Radio Holdings’ WHGM-AM in Havre de Grace, Maryland, which uses a trio of FM translators to serve the northeastern portion of the Baltimore market with a “Smash Hits” format, its latest affiliate addition.

The influence FM product joins Envision Networks’ Presentation Builder, SmartRate, Paperless Production, Task Manager and WikiCopy tools, which can be integrated and customized for affiliate use with Connect CRM.

“Connect CRM lets you track every stage of the sales process with its advanced customer relationship management system,” the company says. “It helps sales teams organize their activities by tracking what they do and automatically sending reminders about expiring orders, scheduled appointments and new client leads. Mobile access allows sales teams to make appointments, take notes and track their progress on the go.”

Meanwhile, Presentation Builder comes pre-loaded with templates and content “that’s completely radio-friendly and relevant to all radio advertisers,” Envision notes.

SmartRate lets users quickly generate rates based on a variety of criteria including daypart, length of contract, and frequency of commercial. “This state-of-the-art tool also lets you easily generate ad sales agreements and automates the contract approval process,” Envision says.

Lastly, Envision’s WikiCopy is a library of free copy for radio commercials, copyright-free.

Cleveland-based Envision Radio Networks is the nation’s largest independently owned affiliate relations company and supplies programming and services to radio including morning show content, short-form vignettes, virtual weather-news-sports broadcasts, live syndicated morning shows, long-form weekend programming, 24/7 formats, comedy services, event programming, off-air tools, web content, album releases and artist specials.
