The Expanding Opportunities for Broadcasters Coalition says it has gone far beyond debating the parameters of the incentive auction. It has conducted exhaustive research and offers a recipe that will benefit broadcasters, wireless companies and the United States alike.
The basic argument is that by offering a transparent and fair process that rewards participating broadcasters fairly, the FCC will be “wildly successful.”
