When Peter Davidson agreed to spend 1M to its third AM and fourth station in Louisville, we doubt that he expected to earn Transaction of the Week honors. (In fact, we have no reason to suspect he even knows about the coveted Transaction of the Week honor.) Regardless, that's all it took to take home the prize this week.
