With no really major action, the first full week of March reverted to the generally sleepy pattern that has characterized the early going in 2007. A six-pack sale in the Idaho capital, one of the Clear Channel spin-offs, accounted for the bulk of the value this week, and was the only deal to get into double-digit millions. In fact, it was the only one to top 4M.

TV Deal of the Week
Boise cluster now in Peak condition
It will be upon closing, anyway. Todd Lawley's new radio operating company - Peak Broadcasting - will be a group once it takes over KFXD-AM, KTMY-FM, KCIX-FM, KIDO-AM, KSAS-FM & KXLT-FM in Boise ID. It's getting the stations from Clear Channel for 25M. This is market #2 for Peak, following a 90M agreement with CBS Radio for entry into Fresno filed last November.

Radio Deal of the Week
Restin' up for the vernal equinox (or something)
