Buyer is a Sainte lieu
Raul Broadcasting is moving into the 2M dollar acquisition of KVIQ-TV Eureka CA in place of Sainte Partners. The latter group was planning to buy the station from Clear Channel, but stalled TV duopoly rules are preventing that course. Raul will buy instead, and JSA the station to Sainte.

Radio Deal of the Week
Wilks increases 'Sphere of operation
The Wilks/Wicks station group headed by Jeffrey Wilks moved into Fresno, picking up three FMs from the many-sphered group of Cliff Burnstein - -the licensee name of the seller is Mesosphere in this case. At 25M dollars, its the biggest piece of action for the week, radio or TV.
