EMF Rocks the Quad Citites
The Mississippi-stradding Quad Cities IA-IL market will become yet another outpost for ever-expanding Educational Media Foundation and its increasingly ubiquitous K-LOVE Contemporary Christian Network. It's getting WHTS-FM Rock Island IL from Mercury Broadcasting Company for 3.5M. EMF also filed for KCOO-FM Phoenix in a 2.5M agreement.
