St. Louis is hub of swap
Equity Broadcasting Corp. is sending WPXS-TV St. Louis to Word of God Fellowship, and will get, among other things, 10M dollars. EBC is throwing in a St.L. LPTV and receiving LPTVs in Atlanta, Minneapolis and Seattle.
Radio Deal of the Week
Small deal creates bigger cluster
Sydney Small's Access.1 is the buyer and Atlantic City is the market. The station is WJSE-FM, and for 4.75M it'll join a cluster that already includes three AMs, two FMs and a television station.
