Al Kenyon named head broadcast technical services
at Denny & Associates
Denny & Associates, P.C., a consulting engineering firm that specializes in broadcast, wireless and RF engineering, announced that Al Kenyon is the new head of the Broadcast Technical Services Division. Kenyon, former Clear Channel SVP/Technology, brings a wealth of experience to Denny & Associates.
His expertise in engineering and telecommunications includes a broad range from detailed pre-purchase facility inspection to evaluating technical budgeting. "I look forward to solving our clients' operational and technical problems", Kenyon comments. As head of Denny's Broadcast Technical Services Division, Kenyon will be involved in client technical projects, right down to the nut and bolt level. "Sitting on the iBiquity Digital Board of Directors was fascinating, but my first love is local broadcast operations.
In addition to taking on the studio, control and RF problems that confront broadcasters every day, I want to tackle often ignored design issues such as power quality and grounding." Kenyon says.
