Univision traded 90M in stock for an AM-FM combo in heavily-Hispanic San Jose. However, the remaining handful of deals didn't quite have the moxie to push the overall total to nine digits.

Univision...no, Entravision takes stock of San Jose
As a condition of acquiring Hispanic Broadcasting Corp., Univision must lower its stake in competitor Entravision. So it's sending 90M worth of Entravision stock back to Entravision in exchange for KLOK-AM & KBRG-FM in San Jose.
