Summer doldrums? Just not much goin' on around here, Slim. The Boston portion of a Greater Media/Nassau/Charles River triple play was filed this week (it also involved a Philadelphia station, the paperwork for which was a little slower making it to Washington). If it weren't for Boston, you might not notice the week even happened.

Radio Deal of the Week
Boston two stepper swings through Philly
Greater Media swaps WKLB-FM Boston to Nassau, about a 103M value. Greater Media gets WTHK-FM Philadelphia in return, about a 87M value (which for some reason wasn't filed with the FCC until the following week and is not included in this week's totals). It also buys WCRB-FM Boston from Charles River for about 100M, and move the WKLB calls and format to put on the Charles River stick.
