Ethnic Marketing: Still Sorely Lacking In Marketing Biz

SAN DIEGO — Client-side marketers who are members of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) continue to make significant progress in achieving gender equality among CMOs, the organization says.


However, “in stark contrast, there has been little headway made in improving ethnic diversity,” a new report from the ANA’s Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM) states.
