The sale of KXGO-FM Arcata CA, in the Eastlan-rated Eureka-Arcata CA market is a done deal, according to the brokerage firm of Kalil & Co., which handled the transaction. Lost Coast Communications acquired the station from Redwood Broadcasting Co. for $450K cash.
The buyer is headed by Patrick Cleary; the seller by Pattison Christensen.
The station enters into a cluster that already includes KHUM-FM Garberville, KSLG-FM Hydesville and KWPT-FM Fortuna.
