WPIA-FM Eureka, IL is only one of the four Illinois stations being bought by Big Toe Communications LLC. The others are WHPI-FM Glasford, WZPN-FM Farmington and WWCT-FM Bentonville.
The seller is Independence Media Holdings LLC and Stephan Sloan of Media Services Group was the broker.
Other details were not immediately disclosed and the deal had not been filed at the FCC by the weekend.
