Expanding OpportunitiesPreston PaddenHere’s an informal comment filed with the FCC 5/7 by Preston Padden, Executive Director/Expanding Opportunities for Broadcasters Coalition. The Coalition believes that four issues are critical to maximizing broadcaster participation and achieving a successful auction that: (a) reallocates at least 120 MHz for mobile broadband use; (b) raises plenty of money for FirstNet, deficit reduction, and other Congressional priorities; and (c) preserves competition in the wireless marketplace:
