There have been no major revisions to the previously announced agenda for the FCC’s 5/13/09 Open Meeting. That means there is little of interest to broadcasters. The only item that impacts broadcasters at all is the highly routine “Assessment and Collection of Regulatory Fees for Fiscal Year 2009.”
RBR/TVBR observation: When this session is convened, the final DTV deadline will be just under a month away. We suspect this topic will come up at least in passing.
