FCC clears Fox to Foxco TV deal


The $1.119B arrangement between News Corporation’s Fox Televisions and Foxco Acquisition, the licensee name in front of party of interest Local TV LLC and in turn Oak Hill Capital Management Partners has been cleared by the FCC. It had to OK continuation of a flagship/satellite relationship between KDVR-TV Denver CO & KFCT-TV Fort Collins Co. both of which are Fox affiliates. Also cleared for take-off are Fox affiliates in seven additional markets, including WJW-TV Cleveland; WITI-TV Milwaukee WI; ); KTVI-TV St. Louis MO;  KSTU-TV Salt Lake City UT; WBRC-TV Birmingham AL; WGHP-TV Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point NC and WDAF-TV Kansas City MO.
