FCC, Congress Agree to Scale Back Office Closures

ClosedThe FCC had planned to go from 24 to eight field offices, but has now spoken with key members of the House of Representatives and settled on a somewhat less drastic plan.


The key statistic is 15 – that is the number of field offices that will be left standing, rather than eight, when the plan is implemented.
