We reported that the FCC’s March Open Meeting will follow the same all-DTV, all-the-time format as the February meeting, and now we know who will be there to hold forth on the topic. After opening remarks from the commissioners at 9:30AM and an overview from Gary Epstein at 9:45, Panel One will be devoted to FCC and NTIA reports on the events of the mini-DTV deadline 2/17/09 and plans for the future.
