The FCC said it wanted commentary on the incentive auction, and Preston Padden of the Expanding Opportunities for Broadcasters Coalition was obliging, if not particularly happy. The NAB also offered brief comments, and the Commission also provided a handy fact sheet.
Padden believes the FCC is undervaluing stations and that its invention of the bewildering Dynamic Reserve Pricing system is misguided.
