FCCAccording to a report, the FCC is adjusting the rules of the incentive auction in a way that would make it more palatable to broadcasters.

John Eggerton of Broadcasting & Cable says that the dynamic reserve pricing mechanism, believed to be a way to minimize the amount broadcaster who relinquish spectrum can earn, is now off the table, pending approval of a majority of the commissioners.

Expanding Opportunities for Broadcasters has been a key opponenet of DNR, and although EOBC is not in line to get everything it wants, the exit of DNR from the auction structure would be a major win.
