House Democrats Frank Pallone Jr. and Mike Doyle have long served as the biggest political villains to the Republican members of the FCC’s rulemaking leadership quintet. Since their party took control of the lower body of Congress, however, they’ve been intent on making the Pai Commission respond to politically motivated queries designed to undermine GOP-fueled initiatives.
Now, the men who serve as Chairman of the powerful House Energy and Commerce Committee and as Chairman of the Communications and Technology Subcommittee, respectively, have taken it up a notch.
They’re ready to attack the “Trump FCC” in a FCC oversight hearing.
