NYC Pirate Busted Ten Months After First NUO

NEW YORK — The FCC under Chairman Ajit Pai has made it clear that it will not tolerate the rampant pirate radio activity being seen across the U.S. — in particular in greater Boston, across South Florida, and in the New York Tri-State Area.


On April 10, the FCC revealed today (5/15), the Commission got tough. Field agents, joined by US. Marshals, raided a Washington Heights apartment and seized equipment from an unauthorized station operating illegally in this part of The Bronx.
