FCC Political Ad Complaint Rejected

The FCC’s Media Bureau has quietly rejected a complaint submitted by an Ohio individual seeking election to Congress in 2020 who claimed his political advertisements and radio programs were “censored” by iHeartMedia.


It’s a rebuke of an 18-month fight waged by Jim Condit Jr., who wishes to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives for Ohio’s second Congressional district, in the eastern portions of the Cincinnati market.
