Amid growing concern, including from the NAB and two key leaders of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, the FCC has removed two items related to the incentive auction from its Thursday 7/16/15 open meeting agenda.
In addition to postponing the main event item, the plank aimed at getting spectrum into the hands of smaller bidders was also pulled.
