The FCC has updated some of its procedures for the upcoming incentive auction.
The commission is also providing the industry with more information concerning the agency’s bidding system for the reverse and forward auctions as well as adding details about the grouping of Partial Economic Areas in the assignment phase of the forward auction.
The pre-auction process tutorial for the forward auction will be available by Jan. 19. It will be available from the commission’s Auction 1002 web page at: www.fcc.gov/auctions/1002 through a link under the “Education” tab.
