Newspaperman Frank Blethen will be providing an encore of his appearance on Capitol Hill today. And a company on the transactional bubble, Tribune, will have a local exec on the first panel. FCC Chairman Kevin Martin’s many critics, including some who share a floor with him at the FCC’s SW DC digs, have decried the lack of warning, but it doesn’t seem to have resulted in any lack of invited witnesses.
