FCC Staying Away from Title II Stay

internetNCTA, ACA, CTIA and other representatives of the greater broadband community asked the FCC to stay its net neutrality order until such time as the courts have had a chance to consider it. The FCC said no dice.


The FCC used the traditional four pronged test to determine if the request was stay-worthy and determined that it was not.
