NCTA, ACA, CTIA and other representatives of the greater broadband community asked the FCC to stay its net neutrality order until such time as the courts have had a chance to consider it. The FCC said no dice.
The FCC used the traditional four pronged test to determine if the request was stay-worthy and determined that it was not.
