The target date for another FCC FM CP sale is 3/26/13, when 117 allotments will be up for grabs by the highest bidder. 26 of them are remnants from previous auctions. The deadline to comment on the proceeding is coming up.
The FCC is taking comments until 10/10/12, with reply comments due 10/24/12.
Each allotment comes with a minimum opening bid, and most of them are in the budget bin, priced under $10K.
