The leadership of the House Energy and Commerce Committee believe that the FCC should ply its trade without any assistance from outside parties. And that pointedly includes the White House. And it’s planning to actively pursue the issue.
The Committee leaders launching the effort include full committee Chairman Fred Upton (R-MI), Communications and Technology Subcommittee Chairman Greg Walden (R-OR), and Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee Chairman Tim Murphy (R-PA).
