FCC Website May Work, Even if Shutdown Occurs


FCCAll federal agencies have been asked to develop contingency plans in the event the government partially closes.

Though congressional leadership seems to be working toward passage of a stop-gap measure to keep the government funded temporarily, if that doesn’t pass, a partial shutdown would occur Oct. 1 due to a lapse in congressional appropriations.
