Concerns about proposed new bank taxes and whether Fed chief Ben Bernanke would win a second term pressed down on stock prices Friday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 217 points, or 2.1%, to 10,173. Broadcast stocks reversed Thursday’s outcome, with TV up and radio down.
The RBR Radio Index was down 3.600, or 1.7%, to 209.262.
The TVBR Television Index was up 2.819, or 2%, to 140.831.
